Still Summer

This wind blowing is still increadibly hot and thick, but it is also an early sign that fall is around the corner. Soon, we'll have to wrap in warm blankets to enjoy outside breakfasts under a suddenly shy sun.

The knitter inside me is quietly waiting, ready to pull out these very special shawls and jumpers that were still on my needles on the first days of spring. I've been keeping a loving eye on them. There is too many of them, but my hands keep on asking for more knitting and beautiful combo of fiber.

This one i had to try. A lovely Australian wool & silk blend and a very fine French extra-fine mohair. Hap shawl in process...
